How to Trade Bollinger Bands
Bollinger bands
Bollinger Bands are envelopes which surround the price bars on a chart. Bollinger Bands are plotted two standard deviations away from a simple short-term moving average. This is the primary difference between Bollinger Bands and envelopes. Envelopes are plotted a fixed percentage above and below a moving average. Because standard deviation is a measure of volatility, the Bollinger Bands adjust themselves to the market conditions.

Δημήτρης(?) Τσάνος (Jim Chanos)
Ο Jim Chanos είναι ένας 2ης γενιάς Ελληνο-Αμερικανός κερδοσκόπος, που γεννήθηκε το 1957 στις ΗΠΑ. Γνωστή “αρκούδα” των αγορών, καθόσον με το Hedge Fund που εχει ιδρύσει (Kynicos Αssociates) ανοίγει κυρίως θέσεις ανοιχτών πωλήσεων (Short) .
Έγινε ευρέως γνωστός το 2000 με την μεγάλη short θέση που είχε ανοίξει στην Enron επιμένοντας ότι πραγματοποιεί παραπλανητικές εγγραφές στα βιβλία της. Η εταιρεία τελικά χρεοκόπησε και ο Chanos κράτησε τη Short θέση του σχεδόν μέχρι τέλος!!!
